Norwegian Cruise Line Travel Advisory

The Norwegian Cruise Line has updated its sailing schedule because of ongoing travel restrictions. The cruise line made the following changes for the safety of its guests, crew, and communities:

  • Norwegian Pearl cruises with embarkation date through and including January 17, 2022
  • Norwegian Dawn cruises with embarkation date through and including January 18, 2022
  • Norwegian Getaway cruises with embarkation date through and including January 19, 2022
  • Norwegian Escape cruises with embarkation date through and including January 22, 2022
  • Norwegian Joy cruises with embarkation date through and including January 22, 2022
  • Norwegian Sky cruises with embarkation date through and including February 25, 2022
  • Pride of America cruises with embarkation dates through and including February 26, 2022
  • Norwegian Jade cruises with embarkation date through and including March 3, 2022
  • Norwegian Star cruises with embarkation date through and including March 19, 2022
  • Norwegian Sun cruises with embarkation date through and including April 19, 2022
  • Norwegian Spirit cruises with embarkation date through and including April 23, 2022

 

Customers will receive a refund of their cruise fare for the affected reservations. The return will occur in cash or card, depending on the client’s form of original purchase. Also, guest accounts will receive a Future Cruise Credit starting January 7, 2022. Customers can use the discount to make a booking from January 7, 2022, through January 7, 2023, and will work for any sailings through May 31, 2023.

There are a few things to note about Future Cruise Credit. An additional Cruise Credit will not be issued if the guest already has a ten percent discount and has not applied that discount to a new reservation. Also, ten percent discounts would return to the client’s profile if the suspended reservation had a ten percent discount.

Any Cruise Credit used will re-apply to customers’ Latitudes accounts within seven days of schedule changes affecting their reservation. The re-application will happen automatically, so the guest does not need further action.
